NCLAT Dismisses Kurian's Appeal, Imposes Costs for Concealment

The NCLAT dismissed an appeal by N.K. Kurian, suspended director of Mango Meadows, against an NCLT order that dismissed his application under Section 65 of the IBC.
The appellant was found to have concealed the fact that a prior appeal on the same matter had already been dismissed by the NCLAT, which the tribunal deemed a concealment of material facts.
The NCLAT upheld the NCLT's dismissal of the Section 65 application and imposed costs of Rs. 50,000 on the appellant for misleading the tribunal.
