NCLAT dismissed an appeal against the NCLT's order rejecting a liquidation plan for Rexsona Tiles Pvt. Ltd.
The Liquidator was directed to file the NCLAT's dismissal order by way of an additional affidavit.
The matter has been listed for further consideration on 6th May 2026.
