The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has listed a case between Gokul Sudhakar Hande and Sholapur Janata Sahakari Bank for a procedural hearing.
The respondent (Sholapur Janata Sahakari Bank) was granted one week to file a reply to the appeal.
The appellant (Gokul Sudhakar Hande) has been allowed two weeks to file a rejoinder to the reply.
The matter has been listed for the next hearing on 30th April 2026.
