NCLAT Grants Time in Renaissance Education Insolvency Appeal

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) allowed the respondent liquidator two weeks to file a reply in an insolvency appeal.
The appellants are Tejas S. Khandhar and others, and the respondent is the liquidator of Renaissance Education Pvt. Ltd.
The NCLAT listed the case for next hearing on 28 April 2026 after allowing time for filing reply and rejoinder.
