NCLAT Hears SIDBI's Plea to Cure Filing Defects

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is hearing an application by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) to condone an 83-day delay in curing defects in an appeal filing.
The appeal was e-filed on 17.12.2025, defects were intimated on 19.12.2025, and the re-filing was completed on 19.03.2026, resulting in an 83-day delay.
The NCLAT Registry has listed the case for admission as a fresh case with defects, pending the bench's decision on the delay condonation.
