NCLAT Impleads Resolution Applicant in Nadhi Bio Appeals

NCLAT Chennai allows impleadment applications to add the successful resolution applicant as respondent in four insolvency appeals.
The appeals involve R.K. Distilleries, BRK Spirits, Single Malt Spirits, and GSB and Co. LLP against the RP of Nadhi Bio Products.
The tribunal directs the resolution applicant, Mr. Nakkirikanti Rammurthy and Mr. Namburi Visweswara Rao, to be impleaded as Respondent No. 2.
