NCLAT Issues Notice in Mridul Dhanuka vs. ILD Housing

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has issued notice in an appeal filed by Mridul Dhanuka (HUF) against ILD Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd.
The respondent, ILD Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd., has been granted three weeks to file a reply, with a rejoinder due within two weeks thereafter.
The case has been listed for the next hearing on 12th May 2026, as per the procedural order dated 27.03.2026.
