NCLAT lists two connected insolvency appeals filed by suspended director Bindu Kapoor against the Interim Resolution Professional.
The appeals pertain to corporate insolvency resolution processes for Bliss Abode Pvt. Ltd. and Bliss House Privat Ltd.
The Tribunal has scheduled the next hearing for both appeals on 4th May 2026.
