NCLAT Lists Insolvency Appeals by Personal Guarantors of Bank of Baroda

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) listed three appeals by personal guarantors of Bank of Baroda for a hearing on 29.04.2026 for further instructions.
