NCLAT Lists JSM Devcons Insolvency Appeals for Hearing

NCLAT lists seven interconnected insolvency appeals against Resolution Professional Chaya Gupta for JSM Devcons Pvt. Ltd.
Appellants include Sanjay Lunawat, Manikant Gupta, his HUF, his proprietorship, Yashodhan Gupta, and Dr. Chandrapal Dham.
The appeals challenge actions or decisions of the Resolution Professional in the corporate insolvency resolution process.
All appeals are scheduled for a consolidated hearing on July 13, 2026, by the Principal Bench in New Delhi.
