The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has listed an insolvency appeal filed by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for hearing on 11 May 2026.
The appeal is against Sanjay Gupta, the Resolution Professional of Unnati Fortune Holdings Ltd., and others.
