The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has listed two insolvency appeals for hearing on 15 April 2026.
The appeals, filed by Deepak Kumar Jain and Rinku Deepak Jain, are against Punjab National Bank.
The bench of Justice Ashok Bhushan and Barun Mitra issued the listing order on 24 March 2026.
