NCLAT Chennai lists two appeals filed by ROC Karnataka against Azim Premji Trustee Company for admission hearing on September 18, 2026.
The appeals challenge previous orders or decisions involving the Registrar of Companies and the trustee company of prominent philanthropist Azim Premji.
Both parties were represented by legal counsel during the procedural hearing held on July 9, 2026 in hybrid mode.
The tribunal's two-member bench issued a scheduling order to list the matters for admission consideration after notice.
