NCLAT Lists Sandeep Jain Insolvency Appeals

NCLAT Principal Bench lists three interconnected insolvency appeals filed by Sandeep Jain & Others.
Appeals are against Ducturus Resolution Professional Pvt. Ltd. and another respondent.
The Tribunal has scheduled the next hearing for all three appeals on 13th May 2026.
