NCLAT heard arguments in two appeals filed by Shivam Traders and Hire Purchase Pvt. against Madhusudan Motors and Madhusudan Automobiles.
The Tribunal scheduled the next hearing for April 29, 2026, due to time constraints.
Both parties were directed to submit two-page notes in advance of the next hearing.
