NCLAT Chennai lists five interconnected appeals filed by Anil Kumar Ojha, suspended promoter of SLO Industries Ltd, for admission hearing on June 19, 2026.
The appeals challenge actions of the current and erstwhile liquidators of the company, Mrs. Revathi S. Raghunathan and Mr. S. Palaniappan.
All matters were heard in hybrid mode with Mr. Ojha appearing in person and advocates representing the liquidator respondents.
