NCLAT Chennai lists an insolvency appeal filed by Ritesh Mahajan, RP of Sovereign Industries Ltd, for admission hearing.
The appeal is against Terdal Urban Souharda Co-operative Society Ltd and five other respondents.
The next hearing for admission after notice is scheduled for 12th June 2026.
