The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) listed an insolvency appeal for hearing on 6th May 2026.
The appeal was filed by the liquidator of Vibrant Fab Pvt. Ltd. against the company and others.
The interim order has been extended until the next hearing date.
