NCLAT modifies its interim order to allow steps pursuant to Form-G publication for Shree Tel Fab Industries but prohibits putting any resolution plan to vote.
The appellate tribunal grants two weeks for respondents to file a reply and a further two weeks for any rejoinder from the appellant.
The appeal, filed by a member of the suspended board against Polymet SA and another, is scheduled for its next hearing on July 28, 2026.
