NCLAT Rejects Indian Bank Contempt Application

Indian Bank filed contempt applications against Anshul Gupta, Liquidator of Tops Group Services, for alleged disobedience of NCLAT's July 2025 order.
The bank claimed the Liquidator failed to decide on realisation of security from IT refunds received during the corporate insolvency resolution process.
NCLAT dismissed the applications, finding no contempt as there was no disobedience of specific directions in the previous judgment.
