NCLAT reserves judgment in an insolvency appeal filed by Rajesh Kaimal, suspended director of Equinox India Developments Ltd.
The appeal is against the Resolution Professional, Prabhat Ranjan Singh, of the company formerly known as Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd.
Parties are permitted to submit final written submissions of not more than seven pages within one week.
