NCLAT Reserves Order in Dera Finvest Insolvency Appeal

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has reserved its order in an insolvency appeal (Company Appeal No. 1292 of 2025) and listed the matter for orders on 02.04.2026.
The appeal has been filed by Dushyant C. Dave against Dera Finvest Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., with the Tribunal reserving its order in I.A. No. 5039 of 2025.
