NCLAT Principal Bench reserves its order in two consolidated appeals involving IAG Company Ltd. and Anjaniputra Ispat Ltd.
The bench heard arguments from both sides and directed submission of written arguments on delay condonation within two weeks.
State Bank of India appeared as an intervenor in one of the appeals through legal representation.
