The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) allowed a restoration application filed by Sumarrow Impex LLP.
The appeal, which was previously dismissed for non-prosecution, has been restored and listed for hearing on 13th April 2026.
The restoration application was allowed, and the appeal (Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 1995 of 2025) was restored to its original number.
