NCLAT Stays IVRCL Ltd E-Auction Finalization Pending Judgment

NCLAT Chennai hears appeals from Raghava Square Pvt. Ltd. against IVRCL Ltd. and 28 other respondents.
Tribunal orders that a scheduled e-auction of assets may proceed but must not be finalized until its judgment is delivered.
