NCLT Accepts BKR Hotel & Resorts 27th & 28th Progress Reports

NCLT Chennai accepts 27th and 28th quarterly progress reports from the liquidator of BKR Hotel & Resorts Pvt Ltd.
The reports cover the liquidation process for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
The tribunal disposed of two interim applications (IAs) filed to formally record these progress reports.
The main insolvency petition was initiated by Indian Bank against the corporate debtor in 2017.
