NCLT Accepts Indu Projects Ltd Insolvency Trustee Report

NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II allows application to take on record the 3rd Progress Report filed by the Bankruptcy Trustee.
The application was heard in IA (IBC)/596/2026 within the main insolvency petition CP (IB)/183/95/HDB/2021.
The order was passed by a bench comprising Member (Judicial) Rajeev Bhardwaj and Member (Technical) Sanjay Puri.
