NCLT Hyderabad Bench accepts the 5th progress report from the Bankruptcy Trustee in the Sagar Infra Rail International Ltd insolvency case.
The hearing was held on 28 April 2026 with the Bankruptcy Trustee and legal counsel in attendance.
The application to take the progress report on record was allowed and disposed of by the tribunal.
