NCLT Ahmedabad disposes of an application filed by the Liquidator in the Sai Infosystem insolvency case.
The application sought to place on record the Preliminary Report as mandated by Regulation 8 of the IBBI.
The Tribunal accepted the report and ordered it to be placed with the main case file for future reference.
