NCLT Adjourns A.B. Stainless Steel Insolvency Case to April 6

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has adjourned a Section 9 insolvency petition filed by A.B. Stainless Steel against M/s International Coil Ltd. to April 6, 2026.
The case, filed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, was listed on April 1, 2026, and has been re-notified for a hearing on April 6, 2026.
The order was issued by a bench comprising a judicial and a technical member of the NCLT's New Delhi bench.
