The National Company Law Tribunal adjourned the insolvency case involving Ansal Properties and Jaiganpati Infraprojects to May 2026.
The case was previously dismissed for non-prosecution on 17th January 2025 under Section 9 of IBC.
The adjournment was due to paucity of time during the hearing on 8th April 2026.
