NCLT Hyderabad adjourns Section 9 insolvency petition hearing against Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Ltd.
Operational creditor Mrs. Tirukovalluri Srivalli filed the petition for an undisclosed operational debt.
The matter has been rescheduled for a hearing on 05 May 2026.
Both parties were represented by their respective legal counsel during the proceedings.
