The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Jaipur Bench has adjourned a hearing in an insolvency case filed by Bank of Baroda against a guarantor.
The hearing was rescheduled to April 10, 2026, due to the unavailability of a judicial member on the original date.
The case involves insolvency proceedings under Section 95 of the IBC, 2016, against a guarantor for corporate debtor Shri Shyam Madhav Polybags Pvt. Ltd.
