NCLT Adjourns Bank of Baroda vs. Sameer Somani Hearing

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, adjourned the hearing in the insolvency case of personal guarantor Mr. Sameer Somani to 17.04.2026.
The adjournment was due to the absence of the Hon'ble Member (Judicial) who was on leave, as per the notification dated 09.03.2026.
The case involves Bank of Baroda as the applicant and Mr. Sameer Somani as the personal guarantor for corporate debtor M/s Aditya Telelink Ltd.
