The National Company Law Tribunal Allahabad Bench adjourned a hearing in the corporate insolvency liquidation of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd.
The matter, filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, was initiated by Crown Alba Writing Instruments India Pvt Ltd.
The hearing was postponed to 19th May 2026 due to a lack of time on the scheduled date of 8th April 2026.
