All cases (IB Nos. 25-27/ALD/2024) involve proceedings under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Matters were not heard due to paucity of time and rescheduled for hearing on June 9, 2026.
The order covers applications against Gagan Agarwal, Ayush Agarwal, Trishla Devi, and Pramod Kumar Agarwal.
