NCLT Ahmedabad adjourned hearing for insolvency application filed against Forever Precious Jwellery & Diamond Ltd.
The application was filed by Ramesh T Mehta (HUF) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
The matter has been re-listed for further consideration on 16th June 2026.
