NCLT Hyderabad adjourned two applications in GVK Industries Ltd's insolvency case to 27 April 2026.
The applications were filed by Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd under Section 7 of the IBC.
The Liquidator's counsel appeared and stated counters had been e-filed, awaiting physical copies.
