NCLT New Delhi adjourned the insolvency application hearing filed by Harsh Dhir against Karnataka Bank Ltd due to paucity of time.
The matter under Section 94(1) of IBC 2016 has been rescheduled for hearing on 07 May 2026.
Legal representatives for Karnataka Bank were present during the hybrid hearing session.
