NCLT Hyderabad Bench II held a hearing for IA (IBC)/609/2026 in the insolvency petition filed by IFCI Ltd against Pioneer Gas Power Ltd.
The liquidator for Pioneer Gas Power Ltd appeared and stated he had no objection to an extension of time for filing documents.
The matter was adjourned to 11th May 2026, allowing two weeks for the filing of a Vakalat and Counter.
