NCLT Adjourns Jaiprakash Associates Resolution Plan Hearings

NCLT Allahabad Bench adjourns two interlocutory applications in the Jaiprakash Associates Ltd insolvency case to May 8, 2026.
The applications are IA No.230/2026 and IA No.299/2026, heard within the main insolvency petition CP (IB) No.330/ALD/2018.
