The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, heard a petition filed by M/s JSJ Enterprises against Satnam Global Infraproject Ltd under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The matter was heard in a hybrid hearing (physical and video conference) before a bench consisting of Justice Jyotsna Sharma and Ms. Anu Jagmohan Singh.
