NCLT Adjourns JVP Soft vs DLT Labs Hearing

The National Company Law Tribunal Allahabad Bench adjourned the hearing for CP (IB) No.74/ALD/2023.
The matter involves an insolvency petition filed by M/S JVP Soft Pvt. Ltd. against M/S DLT Labs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. under Section 9 of the IBC.
The hearing was not taken up due to paucity of time and has been rescheduled for 29th June 2026.
