NCLT Adjourns M R Overseas Insolvency Petition

NCLT New Delhi adjourned hearing for an insolvency petition filed under Section 94 of IBC, 2016 against M R Overseas Pvt Ltd.
Petitioner Mr Ramesh Kumar Arora sought initiation of the corporate insolvency resolution process against the respondent company.
The case was re-notified for the next hearing on 03.06.2026, with no final ruling issued in this session.
The bench comprised Justice Jyotsna Sharma and Ms. Anu Jagmohan Singh as judicial and technical members.
