NCLT Adjourns Neo Infrastructure Insolvency Case Awaits SC

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) adjourned the insolvency case of Neo Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. under Section 7 of the IBC, 2016, pending a Supreme Court judgment.
The case, filed by Bank of Baroda, was listed for the next hearing on 17.04.2026, as the Supreme Court's judgment is still pending.
The order was issued by the NCLT's Special Bench in New Delhi, with the Resolution Professional, Noida Authority, and Income Tax Department represented.
