The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderabad adjourned a hearing for a corporate insolvency petition under Section 9 of the IBC, with the next hearing on 11 May 2026.
The petition was filed by Patron Commercial Pvt Ltd against GKR Infracon (India) Pvt Ltd for initiating corporate insolvency resolution proceedings.
The adjournment was granted at the request of the respondent's counsel during the hearing on 23 March 2026.
