The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, has adjourned multiple applications filed by The Nainital Bank Limited against personal guarantors of Rudra Auto Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
The cases involve personal guarantees provided by nine individuals for the corporate debtor, Rudra Auto Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd., under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The matter has been adjourned to 15th May 2026 for further hearing, as the counsel for the financial creditor sought more time.
