Procedural Developments
The hearing addressed procedural matters regarding the filing of replies. The Corporate Debtor's counsel stated that their reply had been filed with an advance copy supplied to the Operational Creditor. However, the Court Officer pointed out that the reply has been under defect since 11th November, 2025. These defects were visible on the DMS portal and were displayed to the Corporate Debtor's counsel during the hearing.
Faced with this situation, the Corporate Debtor's counsel requested a short accommodation to rectify the defects and ensure their reply is properly placed on record.
The Operational Creditor's Senior Counsel stated that since they had received a copy of the Corporate Debtor's reply, they had already filed a rejoinder with an advance copy supplied to the other side.
Final Ruling & Enforcement
The Tribunal granted the Corporate Debtor's request for time to rectify the defects in their reply. The matter has been adjourned and re-notified for hearing on 13th July, 2026. The case will be taken up higher on the Board for the next hearing.
