NCLT Adjourns Prudent ARC Insolvency Case to Regular Bench

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has listed an insolvency application filed by Prudent ARC against Prasar Metal Engineering for hearing before a regular bench.
The application, filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, was heard by a special bench which has adjourned it to a regular bench.
The matter is now listed for hearing on 08 April 2026 before a regular bench of the NCLT.
