NCLT Adjourns Punjab National Bank vs Savaria Mills

NCLT Allahabad Bench adjourned Punjab National Bank's insolvency petition against Savaria Roller Flour Mills due to paucity of time.
The matter under Section 7 IBC was scheduled for hearing on 12th May 2026 but could not be taken up.
The case has been adjourned to 13th July 2026 for further proceedings.
The corporate debtor Savaria Roller Flour Mills Pvt Ltd is currently in liquidation.
